John was so helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the process of renting a car clear and fast. The car I rented was clean and in excellent condition. Very thankful for this place in West Chester. This place will definitely be my to go place for renting a vehicle.

I am pleased to share my positive experience with JL Smith. I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder from their dealership. During the warranty period provided by the dealer, I encountered a few issues with the vehicle.
