Terrible ! They took $100 deposit over the phone but never answered our txt msgs & phone calls the day we are supposed to pick up the car. AVOID!!!
Awesome Experience with this place! First, a note about the Hilo Rental car market, this was just a couple weeks ago, no Festival going, the heavy wave of tourists for the Volcano calmed down, and there was only ONE, yes, ONE rental car available from any of the Big Companies (hertz, payless, etc.)! it was like this for a couple months, if not still today, and when you could find one it was outrageously expensive.
