Waited over an hour. I pre-ordered my car days in advanced my car wasn't clean and needed "emissions" so I had to sit while people ahead of me in line got there car. Including waiting for a shuttle, the whole experience took over an hour and a half. So frustrating!!
It was a great experience. We got picked up quickly after calling for the shuttle. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for our visit. It was clean and ran well. The return was also nice and quick, and I was back at the airport shortly after arriving at the rental place. Also, the employees were all very kind and friendly.
These people lied to my face and told me that I would have 1000 free miles and that they would charge me after that. Already a bad deal but I had paid the reservation so I stuck with it and stayed within those miles. Days later, they charge my card and when I call to ask why they say I only got 400 free miles! Besides that, the car was old and rickety. Employees are rude. Literally the worst car rental experience of my life. Shady business that needs to be investigated.
Very friendly and efficient staff, especially Stephanie. Shuttle comes quickly. They serve as the local agent for Economy. Our car was bright and shiny.
