Car Rental Journey Pick-up: SLC airport was selected for pick up, when arriving to the car rental at the airport there were no signs of Economy car rental, an Enterprise employee directed us to the shuttle for off-site airport car rentals. There was a signed in that area that you need to call them, and they will pick you up. Called them and they told me I will be picked up in a white 16 passenger van with the letters Affordable (not Economy/ very sketchy) waited around 20 min for pick up. All of the ladies at check-in were AMAZING!!! I have never been treated more respectfully by anyone. Stellar customer service. They have. They definitely earned some repeat customers. Thank you so much!
Really great staff working here, all we interacted with were nice and friendly. Convenient off-site location from the airport with a stop next to the light rail and they also have a shuttle bus, and great prices. Car was in good shape and no issues! If we are in town again we would look to use again.
