I purchased a GMC 3500 HD pickup truck in Ohio and needed to register it in PA. I went to Affordable Notary and paid $568.50 to register my truck. Fast forward to two weeks ago I was pulled over by Allegheny Regional Police. The officer stated that my registration was expired.
