I been waiting 1 and half hours, and I try to ask how long I still need to wait , the girl told me another 1 more hour, they should told me early I need to wait that long, end up I needs to wait 3 hrs for taxes service! That is insane , they not even have appointment system! And they could be telling me early if I know I need to wait 3 hrs for the services, I can go other place, or come back later.
