After our move, I called and emailed multiple times over the course of two weeks. I was told a manager would reach out, they never did. I had a fantastic experience with this moving company. The two movers who showed up were punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got the job done in record time without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how polite and respectful they were throughout the entire process. About a month ago I contacted Affordable Movers in a last minute decision for a local move. Charles and Jaybon got there on time and were super helpful and friendly. They did a great job. I highly recommend thirst services!

This is likely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hired movers 2 weeks ago to move appliances down to the basement from the kitchen. The movers came in with zero equipment, wearing shorts, and they proceeded to scratch all my freshly painted walls in the process. They also did not even finish the job. I filed a claim, for which I have not heard back in 2 weeks. There is no number to call or anyone to talk to other than the sales department. The damage they caused cost $1500 dollars to fix.
