Would give zero stars if i could. I scheduled for a family member for timeframe of arrival between 3-5pm, they showed up at 1pm and my family member was unavailable at that time. I called the owner, Frank, to see where the movers were at 615 pm and he said he would call them and ‘call me right back’. He didnt. I called the main office number which sent me to a call center, then they transferred me to Frank. He told me movers would be there in 20 minutes. Justin and Chris were very professional, nice and prompt. They made contact with me, showed up on time. Did everything I asked, very good at their job. Handled all the furniture and boxes with care. I would recommend them every time. Went above and beyond. Thanks guys! Bill Sampson.

Do not use this company! We hired this company on August 2nd to move two baby grand pianos, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They broke their own piano board, left the job unfinished, and kept one of our pianos in an undisclosed location for five and a half weeks. Communication was awful, and while their representative (after speaking with the owner, Frank) told us that the company would hire another moving company to finish the move and they would cover the extra cost and even apologized for the delay—at the end... read more
