They didn't even bother to show up. They sent me automated texts saying that they were scheduled to arrive at 9am. AVOID because they won't show up. I called the office and NO one would pick up. Worst moving company in Louisville. And just to be clear they are based out of Covington and are located on Goldsmith Lane in Louisvile, Ky. All those glowing reviews must be fake.
