I have tried to reason multiple times with the lady in the office. They’ve worked on my boat multiple times. The technicians are fantastic. The lady in the office is absolutely rude unhelpful and she banned me because she forgets to call people And inform people about issues with their Boat she forgets everything does not remember something from The day before and then proceeds just tell me that I’m rude also says on the phone I was looking for a part for my boat and seeing if they could order it for me and I said OK if I ge... read more
They did a great job with my boat. Things happen but I judge on a company on how they handle a mistake and I can say they made it right and made me a happy customer. Thanks again Jim and Linda.
Great shop with a ton of experience.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience at this business was deeply disappointing. A friend of mine ordered a part, but the wrong item was sent. When he contacted the company to resolve the issue, he was met with hostility rather than assistance. Instead of a productive conversation, the owner could be heard in the background becoming visibly upset and refusing to engage directly.
