Chinah was great in the beginning, she helped explain everything to me. I hired her on the 23rd and after being told it would take 3 to 5 days, it actually took until the 10th which was 2 days before it was due to the courts ( I was given 20 days to respond). They claim they are moving, but a review 6 months ago also claims that, so Im not sure I believe that. Miss Cochran assisted me with My time sharing case and although the legal process with the court was very long no fault to her. I’m very disappointed with my experience, I made an appointment four days in advance to get help filling out some legal documents, only to be given the runaround. Their phone line is especially frustrating, it goes straight to an AI assistant that offers little to no real help, and I could never get through to an actual person. I expected this service to make the process easier, but instead it just wasted my time. I went with a different company, and they were able to help me with everything I needed in less than an hour.
