Joel provides functionality for NinjaTrader which really should have been part of the base product from NinjaTrader themselves. Since they did not, kudos to Joel for providing what I consider required capabilities for my style of trading. Support from Joel and team, and explainer videos on their YT channel are also very helpful.
The Chart Trader is great! I purchased the Trade copier and had a minor issue with the install.(May have been user error) emailed the team and got a quick response with an immediate phone call that fixed the installation. (Did I say in a matter of hours??) The customer service and products are second to none!!
