Great people and does a great job on taxes.
They did my taxes last year and I have a apt with them this year. Very friendly.
She's done my taxes multiple times and never had a mistake. Found money H&R missed. Always a great experience.
My daughters taxes were filed wrong which messed up my wife and I's taxes. Owner refuses to return calls or texts over 3 months. She promised she'd refile and fix it and "saw" my texts and didn't get back with me ever. Not worth the hassle.
The owner's daughter messed up and filed my daughters taxes before mine were filed which meant I couldn't claim my oldest. I was assured they'd refile and fix the mistake. 3 months later.. multiple calls, texts, the owners personal cell and I've never heard back. Take your business to people who won't mess up, short you and then leave your on read.
