Today I had a beautiful couch and love seat delivered to my apartment complex. Our service elevator was too small for the sofa to fit. I was devastated and the delivery men seen my devastation but they didn’t give up. They carried my sofa up 3 flight of stairs. They were just give out from this hard work. I just paid my living room furniture off .. FINALLY !! And I will NEVER .. and I mean NEVER RENT FROM AFFORDABLE AGAIN. RICHARD IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO GO TO Texas in December to bury my uncle , and he was worried about a dang payment!!! Before the store even closed. I told him I left cash with my friend and she would make the payment before they closed. He kept harassing me and got upset once he didn’t like what I said !!! I’ll be glad when Im done with them for good. Richard is very rude and unprofessional. He hangs up in your face when he doesn’t like what you have to say. None of them coordinate necessary information to each other either. Theres no reason I should speak with one person and they ‘claim’ to put the information in your ‘file’ or ‘notes’ yet when you call back. Nobody knows what you’re talking about. Store was decent and original gentleman we dealt with was nice but as soon as it became clear we couldn’t do business with them due to delivery issues and timeframes another guy told us we “couldn’t sit around trying to figure out what to do.” They will not be getting my service anytime soon.
