In dealing with a complicated case… April and Dale were amazing . They were professional and efficient. Returned call’s promptly and were always kind and helpful. They even arranged to bring their equipment to the ECF my mother is living in. She was tested, and now has new hearing aides. She is enjoying her ability to communicate with staff and family.
