Dale was wonderful and very pleasant with my mom. He explained the hearing test and everything he was doing to get her ready for this new experience. I truly appreciate him. By the way the way, the receptionist was super kind and very kind to my mother. I highly recommend the Affordable Hearing store.

I have been going Affordable Hearing for three years and they are outstanding. I lost one of my hearing aids and had to reorder. When I went to up my new aid the process was easy and very informative. Dale, Dave and April are great. February 2, 2026 My cell was updated last week. It threw the Bluetooth off for my hearing aids. Dale was terrific! He had to reinstall the hearing aid app, clear the hearing aid software and reinstall everything. My hearing aids are working like they were before the apple update.
