My dad has severe hearing loss and bought new hearing aids in Petoskey. Dr. Zenker handles Starkley hearing aids up here in the Soo and has been much more helpful than Petoskey in getting the right settings, cleaning and making sure they are working properly. He really cares about his patients.

Was on my honeymoon and the wife’s hearing aid needed a receiver and we waited in the lobby for probably 20 minutes. The door opened and closed so we knocked the doctor answered the door and I told him what we need and he said the part was going to be $150 and $50 for him to fix it. He never even looked to see if he had the correct size, nor did it seem he wanted to help us. What a joke!!!!
