So we just got here for my moms 1:00 scheduled appointment and no one is here and they are not answering their phone. Voicemail is not set up. Unfortunately she paid quite a bit of money for their useless product and now they are not here to do any kind of service on it. I would absolutely not recommend this business
Have been trying for 3 months to get a call back since my husband is having issues with his hearing aids. HORRIBLE service and follow though after you buy their product
