Terrible customer service RUDE, DOES NOT DELIVER PROMISED PRODUCTS ON PROMISED DAYS, DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED, ARGUES WITH CUSTOMERS. I purchased furniture from this store on the 26th of March. I still do not have all the furniture I ordered. The delivery date was set so that my furniture could be ordered, and I was told I would get a call if my furniture was early. It wasn't it was late. No one called me to let me know. affordable affordable if you want to wait a month to get what you originally ordered. We spent a thousand dollars there and three weeks later we still don't have everything we ordered. Three Saturdays in a row have been wasted waiting and waiting, they say they will be there at a certain time but don't show up. I am disappointed and will tell the friends that I recommended them to to please reconsider. This is the worst service I have ever had.Lawrence Williams

Very affordable! I spent most of the day in and out of furniture stores in Prescott and PV looking for several pieces. No one had what I was looking for or the prices were too outrageous. Was giving in to the fact I may have to go to Phx. but on the way out of PV, I saw this store and decided to stop... They have everything and more, best prices around and if there is something special Dave will look it up and order it. This is my new store and will buy all my furniture/decor from Dave.

I Love this store! I'm So excited to have found a store with such great quality furniture at amazing low prices! And Dave, the owner, was very helpful with no 'hard sell'. I will definitely be back to furnish more rooms.
