Mark was great explained eveything very well was an easy process all I had to do was drop the paperwork off at the court house eveything else went smoothly
He was fast and easy to use and cheap. He did however fail to include a creditor on my documents which I later found out 2 months after my discharge when they were still calling me. I gave him the bill which had all the creditor info on it so not sure how he missed it. I had to go back to the court to amend it and add this creditor which I had to pay for. There’s also no guarantee this creditor will stay away now because they weren’t included and they have threatened to send me to collections after I have already started reb... read more
He said then I asked too many questionsnd it was not worth the $200. He was very rude and spoke over me numerous times and did not apologize. He was not clear at all on the exact steps that would need to be taken and did not want to clarify.
