Awesome professional service and drivers! Flew into Charlotte for business trip to Salisbury (about 50 miles) away. Prompt pickup and professional courteous driver. Pickup was on time and driver let front desk now when he arrived as scheduled - so I didn't have to wait or wonder- which I really appreciated. The Charlotte airport is a mess; it would be a nightmare of wasted time to rent a car and nerve-wracking to drive it alone at night. A van from this company sped past me today and pulled in front of me at the last minute, as the lane was ending. The van was going at least 15 mph over the speed limit. When I called the number on the van to report this to the company, the man on the phone responded "we are just doing our job" and then he hung up on me. Could you not have had the decency to at least pretend that you cared? Your JOB is to drive safely. " Our mission is to provide our clients with safety...". Well, you failed.
