We had a wonderful experience with Bilal, and the owner of their car rental place. When we first came in, Bilal was professional, friendly and accommodating and the car we rented was reliable and we felt safe to drive in it for 6 days in Vancouver and area including a day from the sea to sky highway. I would give them zero stars they hung up on me and refused to pick up my call like who the hell dk they think they are.
