Rented two vehicles with them, one was a outlander and another was a small car for almost 10 days. The small car had a minor issue and Hinnan swiftly acted and replaced the car with a SUV for the same price. Bilal was very helpful and communicates clearly about the fees and documentation. Definitely recommend for a hassle free top notch service. They even gave us a free ride to the YVR from their surrey location.

Amazing customer service! The car was reliable and cheap, Hinnan was very hospitable and even gave us a car ride back to the airport. I recommend renting from hinnan and supporting a local family Owned business.
