Like so many other reviews, ours was also the best experience I could've hoped for. I think we got really, really lucky with our rental because I booked with less than a week before our cruise. I had already booked a car with **** (the guys across the street) but after multiple phone calls going unanswered, and some dubious reviews, I changed plans literally at the last minute.
