Had interior shutters and external blinds fitted 18 mths ago, service was prompt and polite, we decided on Zip Trak exterior blinds as they were recommended, the blinds themselves were excellent. Zip Trak suggest that in windy areas keep the blinds fully retracted or fully locked down, during a recent storm although the blinds were fully down and locked they were ripped from the fixtures, when they were installed they were only secured to the timber frame with 12mm Tek screws, so they were all ripped out and twisted beyond r... read more
