The staff always friendly and helpful!
If I could select 0 stars I would. I have called and signed documents with my updated address THREE times in the past 11 months for them to close my account. Every single time I was assured that the money in my account would be sent to my new address in the form of a money order. Which has not happened. I do not want an account that is inaccessible to me based on the state I live in. Oh! And be careful not to call their fragile customer service representatives “honey” or “love”. We've banked here for years. I stopped today at 9:11am, and the drive-through was closed. What the hell?
Do not get a loan with this CU, They are extremely PREDATORY!! My wife and I were scammed out of $70k via an auto loan fraud scheme and Affinity said the best they could do was lower our interest rate to 2.5%. They told us to our faces that they need to make a profit off of our loss. Their underwriting department fails to catch very basic mistakes and doesn't look into anything out of the ordinary. Definitely use a real bank!!!!
