Do not get a loan with this CU, They are extremely PREDATORY!! My wife and I were scammed out of $70k via an auto loan fraud scheme and Affinity said the best they could do was lower our interest rate to 2.5%. They told us to our faces that they need to make a profit off of our loss. Their underwriting department fails to catch very basic mistakes and doesn't look into anything out of the ordinary. Definitely use a real bank!!!!

Listen i had a splendid time visiting this branch. I came in for an auto re-finance and I promise i left grinning from ear to ear because of how happy i was with both the rates and the service. I worked with Gaby and she was so sweet, so attentive, knowledgeable and answered all my questions beautifully. She also helped my sister with getting her credit card as well and that process went so smoothly. When i tell you I had one of the best experience with the process than i have ever had, i mean it. Steven the branch manager is down right pathetic! Been waiting on a return call from him for about a month with multiple voicemails left for him. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and never been treated so poorly by an affinity plus member.
