If I could select 0 stars I would. I have called and signed documents with my updated address THREE times in the past 11 months for them to close my account. Every single time I was assured that the money in my account would be sent to my new address in the form of a money order. Which has not happened. I do not want an account that is inaccessible to me based on the state I live in. Oh! And be careful not to call their fragile customer service representatives “honey” or “love”.
