In my opinion, this is the best place to bank in Grand Rapids, MN. I honestly have only had positive experiences with them. Almost all the tellers have been wonderful and pleasant. Deposits are immediately posted, money market has great interest rate and online banking is easy to manage. They are really customer oriented.
They used to be great. Now all your calls go to a call center, and you wait forever to talk to someone that doesn't even know you.
