Got discriminated against today. I was trying to open up a bank account and was aggressively telling me that I needed to leave so I left.
I’ve been with Affinity for a little over a year & this is the first time I’ve not had issues with over drafts or any of the other legal theft that most financial institutions get away with because AmeriKKKa. I met Beatrice the manager here yesterday & she was very helpful with the few questions I had. I would highly recommend them.
Excellent service and stellar management.
Terrible digital banking. They tried to fix the issues with an app rehaul, had trouble setting up my online accounts. Waited on hold for 30 minutes before I disconnected. Called again the next day. Was on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. The representative was very patient and kind, and ultimately fixed the problem. But the new app is SLOW, and instead of clicking once to switch between online accounts, now have to click three different areas to switch. Really close to ending my relationship with this bank.
