Excellent service and stellar management.
Terrible digital banking. They tried to fix the issues with an app rehaul, had trouble setting up my online accounts. Waited on hold for 30 minutes before I disconnected. Called again the next day. Was on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. The representative was very patient and kind, and ultimately fixed the problem. But the new app is SLOW, and instead of clicking once to switch between online accounts, now have to click three different areas to switch. Really close to ending my relationship with this bank. The teller's and locations get 5 stars. They are all very nice. But I think it is absolutely insane that I can't call the branch directly to ask if I left something there. Instead I have to drive there during my work hours. Just list the phone number, it isn't that big of a deal.
The ATM is never accessible and this is the nearest branch to down town. I'm tired of having to go all the way to south west Saint Paul across the river to access an ATM. It's such a pain in the ads.
