I want to give a huge thanks to Theresa and Beatriz at the Midway branch. They were incredibly helpful to my parents when they needed it most. From assisting them with getting a car to helping coordinate with the insurance company to finalize a totaled car, they went above and beyond. Their support and patience made a stressful situation much easier, and we really appreciate their dedication and kindness.
I love Affinity Plus as a credit union, and when I can actually access this branch location, they're great with everything from basic deposits to notary services. Online support is also top-notch. My only complaint is, if you work typical hours, you can basically never use this branch. They're not open after 4pm and don't have Saturday hours. I have to plan to leave work early when I need to go to the bank, and since I work a job that makes cash tips, it makes deposits really frustrating. Since credit unions have fewer branc... read more
