Sunday June 29th both drive-up ATMs are out of service. Could not access the front entry ATM because the front doors were locked and I could not unlock them with my Affinity Plus debit card.

as far as I'm concerned the entirety of the affinity plus branches suck I tried contacting an agent because I was having an issue with my mobile deposit on my app, they decided to delete Hit for three months I have a car loan open with affinity plus And I'm still paying on it, how in the hell am I supposed to pay my car loan when the mobile deposit option on the app is gone? Affinity plus federal credit union if you are needing a loan of any kind turn back around and go to a different Bank. I tried to talk to Heather Wallmow in the vehicle loan department. Stop she is not someone that is qualified to work as a loan department. Barely returns phone calls. Provides income answers and has zero follow through and will not work with you on any deadlines.
