I am writing this to commend the outstanding leadership of Branch Manager Amber and the excellent work of Sandy at the Lafayette branch. They are the only reason I am still a member of this credit union. I arrived at this branch yesterday after a 59-minute call with a phone supervisor named Ana that was handled with extreme rudeness and technical negligence. Had a wiring issue and spoke to management. It was cleared up and as of today, everything was finally settled. Great customer support from the manager that assisted me, just wish the original issue didn't happen as it took a while to fix.

I have been a member for decades. I don't know what happened, but lately this place has gone downhill. One of the tellers screwed up on a massive wire transfer I had going to pay off my my mortgage. Thankfully I caught it and had her change it. They actually gave me the incorrect paperwork to sign because they didn't bother double-checking. This was after they made me wait for almost half an hour for a simple wire transfer. STAY AWAY!! They guys are the biggest fraud. Once they get your money they’ll run in the wind and not answer any questions or help you whatsoever!! They’ll reassure you they can help or work with you or have certain “benefits” but then falsely advertise and or will neglect you. Unless you like to feel crappy and get picked on day by day then i really recommend going to any other bank around then this one… i banked here for over a decade and my best choice in life was abandoning this place!
