Update: I’m dropping another star for various reasons. After numerous call attempts and voicemails to the branch manager, I never received a call back. Instead, I took a half day at work and drove to the bank. The lady at the front desk was very nice and just as frustrated as me when it came to this “30 day” member to member transfer. She stated that members are being told 30 days, she was told 60 days and others are being told 90 days. Please look into having the drive through open Saturday's for a few hours also look into allowing members take out all denominations at the ATM $1,$5, and $10 not just $20.
The people that work at the winona branch are great, but be leary of the financial advisor LM. All he seems to care about is getting paid, he doesn't care about the customer. He says what ever he has to, to get access to your money. 10 days has turned into 2 months and we still haven't seen the money we have been waiting on.
Hate this bank, used to bank there thank god i went to members. they used to send my money back to the senders and shut my card off all the time so it would be declined...saying its for fraud...no worst bank ever theve costed me 10s of thousands...if you bank here im sorry but ur dumb.
The Winona branch is bar none the best place to bank in all the land. Always there for us and always friendly. No matter the situation, they have you covered!
