Jess is an absolute gem! I suffer from chronic pain, and have for many, many years, her holistic treatment has most certainly lessened that pain over time. Additionally she has given me a better understanding of what is going on in my body, and the connectivity of one issue with other issues. Jess is very knowledgeable and was able to treat my neck stiffness and back tension. She was very patient and clear in explaining her treatments and identifying potential root causes of my issues. She also provided exercises post treatment to alleviate my issue. I highly recommend her!

Jess is an excellent myotherapist. She has extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and has helped me manage my injuries and relieve pain in the neck, jaw and feet. She also helped my teenage son with back pain. I highly recommend.
