Muhammad and Anje were very easy to deal with. The cars were very nice and the customer service was outstanding.

Would not rent me a car to me due to my license being expired. I have proof I had late notice and an appointment to renew. We all know the Ontario government and COVID have messed up the reminder system and it would have been nice to have empathy. I got into an accident with my 2 year old and am carless. They were very understanding at Enterprise...go there for real customer service.
Amazing friendly staff from reservation to the front desk pickup. Car was amazing. My wife really enjoyed the convertible for the weekend!!! .
