I ordered the Minnesota Shop Hop magazine from them and got it really quick along with a piece of fabric and a thank you not. What great customer service.

When I visit Affinity, I hope to have a good experience. They have a nice fabric selection. However, the staff never say hello or acknowledge my existence unless I approach the register. They're willing to take my money but not provide basic customer service. In a time when it is so easy to purchase fabric online with a couple of clicks, customer service and a sense of community brings me back to brick and mortar stores. I love to support local businesses but I won't be treated poorly to do it.

I am a beginner quilter, and this place has quickly become my favorite shop. Affinity Quilting customer services is exceptional! Every time I have gone in, they have been extremely helpful in figuring out how much fabric I need to make a pattern, helping pick out coordinating fabrics, and even ordering patterns and embroidery kits for me on designs they did not have in store.

I was able to get the item I went there to purchase but ended up being forced to purchase a kit as it was the only way to get one of the materials I wanted. Wasn't too happy about that, however.......
