Terrible customer service. I called this morning and a recorded message said I would get a call back by the end of the day. I guess they closed early because no call back was received. No way to treat customers. Either increase your staff to support your business or close you doors.
They made a mistake reporting my credit to the bureau and now acting very slow to fix it!

The worst credit company to ever use! I was a month behind on my truck when they towed my truck. We had discussed a payment arrangement & they had agreed with it but still took my truck! I got it back, paid all fees, paid the past due amount & a month in advance but they came on took my truck again saying I didn’t pay it all! If I didn’t pay it all how could I have gotten my truck back to begin with?! So I have put over 5,000 into a vehicle within the past 3 months just to get it repossessed & was ripped off!
