If it were possible to rate 0 stars or minus stars, that's the rating I would give. I've been wating for an order for over a month. When I called the provided number during business hours, I was caller number 1. I waited on hold for 25 minutes only to pushed to voice mail.
This company is the worst in every possible way. If I could give less stars I would. In fact just consider my 1 star a -1. Not helpful, disorganized, and just outright awful. I don't know how these people are still in business. Quality of the product is disturbing. It always rips and tears. Buttons come loose, zippers lock up, fabric is cheap, and it's poorly made. I am a Molson Coors distributor and have used this company for several years. It takes months for them to ship orders. We truly like the uniforms they provide and want to continue to use them. I can not understand how it takes over 6 months to complete orders. It used to be Riverside and we never had problems with that company. I wish they could do a better job fulfilling our orders!
Unfortunately my company uses Affinity for our uniforms. It’s amazing we are not at work naked. I placed an order in June for some winter wear and have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed their customer service address twice in the last two weeks, but have never received a response.
