First she kept canceling my appointment because I used my business name and not my personal. My wife chose this office to do 2019 federal tax form with the W7 application of ITINs for my kids. We sent the file and waited 6 months because of the pandemic. IRS sent back and refused to give my children ITINs. First, we don't know why they denied. We still wait for the tax refund but it hasn't came back so far. After that, we checked the form again and realized that the company, particularly Raymond Agnew, wrote my wife's SSN wrong and she didn't claim my kids deduction in the 1040 form when applying ITINs.
