I hired Dr. Feinsilber to help with a family member in need. His office manager, Gabrielle, was so incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to walk me through this process. I am so grateful for all the help they have provided, and I would recommend them again and again!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Dr. Feinsilber has been fine but Gabriele his front desk staff is nothing but rude. I have accepted her treatment only because I felt Dr. Feinsilber was best for my son but she makes the whole process so difficult. She was very direct in telling me that she did not care what my circumstance was for not being able to attend an appointment.
