I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, pushy, and rude throughout my interactions. I was forced to pay a final balance that was never agreed upon from the beginning, which already left me feeling taken advantage of. On top of that, the doctor’s report was full of inaccuracies and even multiple misspellings. I hired Dr. Feinsilber to help with a family member in need. His office manager, Gabrielle, was so incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to walk me through this process. I am so grateful for all the help they have provided, and I would recommend them again and again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dr. Feinsilber has been fine but Gabriele his front desk staff is nothing but rude. I have accepted her treatment only because I felt Dr. Feinsilber was best for my son but she makes the whole process so difficult. She was very direct in telling me that she did not care what my circumstance was for not being able to attend an appointment.
