Not a safe space!! The doctor is great don’t get me wrong but having to deal with the receptionist… HORRIBLE! She is argumentative, barely answers calls, and talks down to you like you’re stupid. They do not offer telemed, and while that is perfectly fine, when I asked if that was a service they provided she stated “it does NOT work like that.. not possible.” in a sassy tone. A little patience and kindness is not a lot to ask from a receptionist especially at a psychiatrists office. Do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, pushy, and rude throughout my interactions. I was forced to pay a final balance that was never agreed upon from the beginning, which already left me feeling taken advantage of. On top of that, the doctor’s report was full of inaccuracies and even multiple misspellings. I hired Dr. Feinsilber to help with a family member in need. His office manager, Gabrielle, was so incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to walk me through this process. I am so grateful for all the help they have provided, and I would recommend them again and again!
