Dr Mandi navigated a tricky recovery for me… from a knee injury and revamped my entire workout and exercise routine to incorporate longterm strength and overall health! She pivoted treatment as my condition dictated and continued to be incredibly encouraging throughout my recovery. I give her and her team the highest recommendation for recovery from injury and also for overall lifestyle conditioning!!! Dr Mandi is THE BEST!
I’ve been a runner for almost 20 years now and have dabbled in everything from ultra distances to triathlons. I started experiencing some hamstring issues recently and saw Leah to start addressing it. She’s super easy to talk to and understands my passion for keeping my body moving and does all sorts of things to help me do just that! She really listens and gives great suggestions, and is willing to try multiple approaches to treating and resolving my issue. So glad to have found her and Affiliate Physical Therapy!
