They are horrible. I got A loan for my solar panels in Sept 2025 for $34000. Starting Dec 2025 I have made 4 payments of $266 and my balance has not changed. I called Them to find out the reason and they said my Payments have been going to the interests. How do I hv $1000 of interests when I just Opened up the account. It’s robbery.

Sadly after today I'll be looking into joining another credit union. Before when it was Air Force FCU, the assess to ATMs was easier. Slowly before the change, the ATMs at my work changed from 2 to 1. Now it either runs out of money and for a while wasn't even working. The same with the drive thru ATMs machines at the Vallet Hi location. They installed another ATM or ITM just to remove it later on. The branch inside the base doesn't even have an outside ATM.
