So is it SOR-e-on, SO-ar-e-on, So-AR-e-on, So-ar-E-on, Sor-I-on, Sor-e-ON or Sor-i-ON? Did you get our money back from the consulting firm that came up with the name, with the only criterion that it sound goofy and confusing?

Submitted paperwork to make a car payment and 5 months later they still have an updated system to take the payment out. NOT my Mom's fault, I don't think so. I think it's the credit Union's fault not my Mom's. But yet she's the one that got charged with late fees and their damaging her credit and pay extra on interest. Very unfair credit Union. Once my Mom pays this car off she will never get another loan through them again. I'll make sure of that. One star but it should be none.

I contacted AFFCU on behalf of a client of mine and was astounded by the poor level of customer service I received from the phone rep as well as a supervisor having to call back twice! The first phone rep, "Tanya" was atrocious in every way possible. Lady, if you hate your life you need to get a hobby. A sourpuss attitude, condescending, and very short in her responses. You cannot send an international wire without your document to send being notarized. They did not inform members and said, “Well it is in the website.” Who approved that change? Disgusted

I have been a member of AFFCU since 1993 and today I received the worst customer service I've ever received from them to include being hung up on by Michael (a supervisor)! I called back and asked to speak to his manager and was transferred to Jenny who identified herself as the Member Engagement Manager of the Member Contact Center. I explained to Jenny that I was just on the phone with Michael and that he hung up on me and that he hadn't called me back.
