I could give ZERO STAR if I could. I have been a member since 2016 when the name was Air Force Credit Union. This bank opted me into a service that I have never signed up for and then started charging with $6 monthly fees. They claimed to send me a letter and offered to opted out. This is a pure malpractice. They should offer the service and give us options to sign in or not. Instead they signed everyone in automatically and charged fees. I can't wait to close my account. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
Been with them since I joined the air force 20 years ago and I am closing my account. They claim that this is one of the best financial institutions in San Antonio, well they lied especially if you are a retired vet.
They Bait-and-switched me, and it nearly destroyed the whole project. I got the "Congratulations, your loan has been approved" letter, for a loan for a solar project. Three months later, ie right before project completion, they changed their mind and said they couldn't issue the loan. This happened less than 3 weeks before the federal incentives are set to expire, so few other options were available. They left me high and dry, and I am now scrambling to cover the project costs.
