Do not recommend and entirely regret refinancing to this credit union. Extremely unknowledgeable staff. The misinformation and miscommunication is honestly ridiculous. Was in contact for several weeks on a simple title transfer, so I could register and drive my vehicle. Endless emails and constantly getting bounced around calls while being told I was getting transferred to someone who knew the situation and could help. Been with this credit union since I was a child, my grandfather was the one who set up my account. I remember having such an easy time using the services and being able to call day or night whenever I had an issue with a stolen debit card or locked account. Now God forbid life happens after 5 PM. I hate that when I've lost my debit card I have to WAIT till 9 AM to protect myself or WAIT to 9 AM to access my own balance if I get locked out. What happened to that fantastic customer service? Love Soarion Credit Union. Been with them for 28 years. The staff is always friendly and always on it.
I do not like banks that FORCE you to change your card when you just got a new one. I think they are crooked and forcing us to do what they want. I will soon close my account there. They shut down my card.
I am a brand new member with 2 auto loans after just 8 months of my new loan I was in a minor car accident then needed knee surgery. Obviously I fell behind on payments. But this credit union was very understanding and sympathetic to my financial situation. I work extremely hard to have the vehicles I have and to have a unexpected life event happen was traumatic for ME!! Of course the worry of not understanding and repossession was unreal.
