The Worst bank to finance or refinance a auto loan I would Not recommend! And is known for reporting inaccurate information on your credit reports
My mom has been a customer with this bank since it was Air Force CU for over 10 years. Recently she had an issue with a debit card pin and when she spoke to a representative over the phone, the woman made several racist comments towards my mom. She said “no one at this financial institution speaks Spanish” despite my mom knowing and speaking English for over 30 years. Do not recommend and entirely regret refinancing to this credit union. Extremely unknowledgeable staff. The misinformation and miscommunication is honestly ridiculous. Was in contact for several weeks on a simple title transfer, so I could register and drive my vehicle. Endless emails and constantly getting bounced around calls while being told I was getting transferred to someone who knew the situation and could help.
