Amazing customer service, I love this bank.
Very good bank
I love the service I get at Soarian! I even get helped when I’m not at a branch. I ran into Cynthia Bronson while I was paying for something and she noticed I still had an old debit card, she let me know she worked at Soarion and told me that my card would soon change and explained exactly what I needed to do so I wouldn’t be without a card. She went OUT OF HER way to help me even though she was not at work, AMAZING! I really appreciated it!! She went above and beyond!!
