I love the service I get at Soarian! I even get helped when I’m not at a branch. I ran into Cynthia Bronson while I was paying for something and she noticed I still had an old debit card, she let me know she worked at Soarion and told me that my card would soon change and explained exactly what I needed to do so I wouldn’t be without a card. She went OUT OF HER way to help me even though she was not at work, AMAZING! I really appreciated it!! She went above and beyond!!

Rude and crooked basically fraud dept tells my grandmother she has been a victim of a scam and they were to freeze account and they never did anything and now they asking her to pay back the bank over something she had nothing to do with also fraud department says it’s a scam and need to be investigated but the bank don’t wanna work just sit behind a desk and not even move or anything also telling elderly people how and what they can’t do with their funds is wrong this is twice they had a worker stealing money from my grandm... read more

Basically had a issue with a card and was notified that there nothing we can do attitude is always given no one can ever budge also how are we told through the 1888 that banking with them is at your own risk what does that mean to a customer so if u get scammed or lose your card and they get in YOUR SCREWED also my neighbor was telling me he ain’t allowed to move his social security that’s what the tellers keep telling him and he seems to be always missing money just like my cousins grandma
