I would not rate this company but had to choose something to write a review. This was the worst experience I have ever had with trying to refinance/streamline my mortgage. I was told my loan was good to go. Spent $600.00 for appraisal that was going to be covered once loan was approved, the communication was very slow when we supposed to close, I had to reach out for them to answer me and never got an email or call to say sorry something didn't work out.
