The clerks at the drive throuh at the North Branch are very rude. The take more money than they are suppose to for our loan payment without our permission. Everytime the tube comes back so us our change is not there. And they says well your car window was up so we couldn t ask you. But somehow they are able to tell us to sign the reciept and send it back in. HHMMM So they said they wrote a note on our account that we are only paying the loan payment amount, but to no avail they don t read it or they do read it and repeat the... read more
Ive found each and everyone working here at my Branch was so very friendly. Also very caring to their customers needs and concerns. I would and have told others to join this Credit Union because of the fantantic service Ive recieved from them ALL.
