This place is dirty staff just sit in office or in there apartment that’s attached to the home watching tv and there children people have fallen and takes for ever for help staff don’t help with cleaning rooms dirty bathrooms meds have been stolen giving expired meds poor meals not a staff on for twenty four one resident a year ago had fallen out of bed head bleeding tried to get staff no answer had to call ambulance one resident had fallen out of wheelchair he had to wait 45 minutes for staff I know the staff that were on a... read more

Would not recommend this place. Segnificate other fell out side on ice and was made to walk to the emergency room and walk back home. The care takeer did not call an ambulance for him nor a taxi a friend nobody. The Emergency room Dr.faxed a prescription to this AFC home and gave him the prescription the next morning for him to take the next morning to get it filled after 24 hours and was scheduled for surgery 48 hours the fall to have pins and screws in his hand and the driver that was supposed to take him to have surgery n... read more

This place is a TOTAL dump.... Poor meals, untrained uneducated staff, unsafe for seniors. STAY AWAY and keep your family away from homes owed by AMY BUCKMIAR which now includes SafeHaven formally SonShine Village on Myers Road. Very run down and dirty. Meals are not prepped per Safe Serve Guidelines. Many complaints on State of MI website. BEWARE!
