Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with AFC. While the agreement indicates that up to three titles may be released at one time, in practice I experienced releases of two titles at most, which can limit inventory turnover and affect potential sales. Title releases were sometimes delayed, and I often had to follow up multiple times to receive updates. Worst floor plan ever .They have no corporate office communication. Office has horrible hours 10-1 (they don’t answer the phone) there customer service 1800 number is a 3rd party that also handles medical and has no idea about the business .Aron can be helpful when she wants to be. However the manager over the Belton location does not communicate or have the ability to problem solve. Or care for you as a small dealer .Titles are number one for sales and you can loose a sale if you don’t have the title. ( not good for you as ... read more
