Horrible experience. Not only were the employees rude but the service was terrible. I think this is WORST than the DMV. No help, no point in having an appointment if I still had to wait like everyone else that did not have an appointment. I was here just to pick up my vehicle and it took over an hour and a half. The employee also yelled at my father for parking in the wrong area, THERE IS ONE SIGN that says we’re to park, where does that mean??? It does not specify, it’s one large parking area. RUDE STAFF!!!!
