The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I also really appreciate follow up calls and emails to ask about the overall experience or if I had any questions or queries as a new patient. I've only recently starting going to AF Health for acupuncture and so far have really enjoyed the experience.
Service has been great since my first booking. The team makes me feel very welcomed and the acupuncture appointments have always been on time. I was also recommended some Chinese capsules to support my treatment, which has been very helpful.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My practitioner Pek Teo was easy to communicate with and put me at ease with any of my concerns. Happy with my visits.
I have been very pleased with David’s consultations. He is very thorough, professional, and caring and takes the time to really sort out the best treatment for my thyroid disease. David made me feel at ease and could easily explain why I was experiencing so many crazy emotions and physical side effects.
