There is a wholistic approach from the whole team to get you back to health, mobility and strength. Aaron took good care of me after coming with a bulge disc. He quickly identified the problem and gave me the right amount of exercises. I'm now on a good recovery path... Thank you!
The staff are well trained, and very friendly. This is a fun place to exercise and do rehabilitation.
Tried out the bike and enjoyed it
I cannot recommend this place enough, The kids area is awesome. I love how they conduct the sessions to be engaging and i love how positive all the staff are especially Emily and Nicola (sorry I had to use names because they deserve to be mentioned) they are so caring and compassionate and helped me when i was struggling with my mental health and really seemed to genuinely care about my health. thank you for making my life living with my condition alot easier.😁
