If there was an option to leave a negative rating I would. The lack of empathy and consideration that insurance companies have for their policy holders is disgusting. My sister is suffering from a disease and cannot get the medication she needs because of this insurance company. This company is denying the request for her medication and are suggesting generic versions as well as different names of medications she hasn't put in her body as opposed to approving one that was given to her at the hospital while being admitted for... read more
