If you can avoid this clinic, do it! The way they operate is unbelievable. I’ve shown up for appointments where there was no one at the front desk, and later received calls demanding payment as if I had refused to pay when it was actually their fault for not having staff available at the time. I’ve also heard that the owner sometimes charges clients without any prior email notice. Aethos is a high quality operation with all the elements one would look for in health and well being. I have had wonderful experiences with personal training, Chiro, massage and the naturopathic doctor. I would highly recommend this to anyone that takes their health seriously and wants to go to the next level. Specifically, Dr. Kyle and Dr. Kennedy for chiro are both high caliber professionals. Aethos is fantastic and my "go to" for sport-related injury!
Had my first session today for some back problems I’ve had over the last ten years with Dr Kennedy. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He made it a very comfortable experience - explained everything as he went along and checked in to make sure the pain wasn’t too much to handle during manual treatment. We went over some basics and he gave me some homework to start on! I look forward to seeing him again and continuing my rehab process with him. Thank you Kennedy! ☺️
