Requested and booked an air medical trip with Sydney Strickland who stated repeatedly in writing the aircraft had five passenger seats and one medical bed. After booking the flight for $45k, Sydney then shared that the fifth seat was not approved by the FAA therefore only four passengers could fit with the medical bed.

Was contracted for a flight and sent invoice for payment. I received a run-around from everyone in the company, and did not get paid. As a side note, I was previously the director for an ambulance company, who flew many of Aery Aviation flights, but that company had to make sure payment was made upfront prior to conducting those flights. They don't pay their bills nor their pilots.
