I’m writing this as a third party, witnessing great customer service should always be commended. A customer had come in to the retailer to get a filter replaced on her Aerus Air purification unit, The representative looked a little surprised but did not give any indication that it was an issue, the catch was that the rep had never serviced this unit before, a quick call to Dawn and Mike at Aerus, (who were immediately responsive) helped step the rep. through all the issues that came up during the repair.
